Course description:
Growing managers into leaders that inspire and accelerate performance, while bringing out the best in others is the foundation of a successful organization. Leadership is the lid on organizational growth or the propellant that ignites it to record-breaking performance, month, after month, after month. In this exciting program, managers are grown into leaders and leaders learn that nothing is impossible when your people are listened to, valued and inspired. The system is a collaborative creation between leadership and behaviors necessary to accomplish existing as well as new organizational visions.
