Course description:
Associate Engagement is a real-time approach for associates to be fully engaged by providing the managers the strategies necessary for their people to passionately give their all each day. Committed to the organizational purpose goals and values, motivated to contribute to their company’s success, associates flourish with an enhanced sense of their own well-being and personal contributions. Its importance goes to the core of associate retention and the vibrancy of the organization.
